Flow and restore with a mission -- to raise scholarship funds for Boston-area yogis of color who wish to enroll in yoga teacher trainings. Over the past 5 years, the Yoga Diversity Initiative (YDI) has awarded 8 yoga teacher training scholarships to people of color, in an effort to diversify yoga leadership and break down cultural and economic barriers to accessing this practice. Now in honor of YDI's 5th anniversary, let's come together and raise funds for future scholarship recipients!
ABOUT THE CLASS: Johnathon Holmes sets the energy with his mindfully dynamic all levels flow. Then Brenna Matthews brings you deeper into yourself with some grounding yin. Alex Bauermeister brings closure to your practice with final restoration and a meditation to help you take your yoga off the mat and into the world.
